What is included in the hour of games?

The hour includes unlimited use of the games, excluding prize machines.

Can I bring in my own food?

Unfortunately you cannot bring in your own food, but don't worry we have you covered with our gourmet kitchen offerings.

What is included in the beverage package?

House tap beer, domestic bottled beer, house wine, cider, soft drink, mineral water and juice.

Can you customise packages?

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Can I book a kids party?

We do cater for kids parties at Our Entertainment Quarter and Wollongong and Fortitude Valley venues. Find out more about them here.

How many people do I need for a function?

We have a minimum of 10 people to make a function booking.

I don't have my guests confirmed! What can I do?

Book based on your maximum possible guests. This will ensure that we have space for everyone!
Please pay the deposit amount and our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, confirm guests and make final payment 4 business day prior to the event.

Do I need to pay in full?

Yes! Our online payment screen defaults to a 50% deposit payment for your function. The final payment must be made 4 business days prior to your party. Our functions team will get in touch with you to finalise your booking, make final payment and confirm guests attending.

How many drinks does "unlimited" mean?

Two drinks per person, per bar visit in the first hour and one drink per person, per bar visit in the second hour.

Can I redeem prizes with my unlimited arcade games card?

Unfortunately, you cannot accumulate tickets during unlimited arcade games.
